The all new Austin Pike development (Austin Landing), located in Miamisburg Ohio, is yet another sign that commercial real estate is booming in the Dayton / Miami Valley area. As you drive by Austin Landing, you’ll notice the already-packed parking lot of the new Kohls department store and TeraData Corp. – who happens to employ 400+ Daytonians. The four-story commercial office building is the newest built structure in Austin Landing and is currently home to local business like Kettering Health Network Corporate Integrity and Ethics, Kettering Physician Network, Chudde Wealth Management LLC, Ameriprise Financial, Morgan Keegan & Co, and Lifeplan Financial.

Directly across I-75 you’ll notice the beautifully designed and newly built Motoman building, home to Yaskawa America, Inc.’s Motoman’s Robotics Division, which operates in North and South America. With all the new construction going on in southern Montgomery County, the gap between Dayton and Cincinnati is closing rapidly as the opportunity for newly created jobs opens up.
